What Our Participants Say

Lidia
Participant & Volunteer
The educational scholarships TRANSFORMA provided for years for me and my daughter, transformed our lives ! I have learned so much in TRANSFORMA. We learned to value ourselves, our work, to be resilient and work hard for our dream. I learned that to keep great opportunities that God brings our way, we the right character and for that the right

Auxiliadora
Community Leader
"Today I have the skills and equipment I needed to start my micro bussiness. Thanks to God's help and TRANSFORMA". Auxilidora came from a community called Tríangulo Solidaridad which was built on an area zoned as “national road land” that developed with unofficial housing. The people illegally lived in this slum for years.
Auxiliadora heard about Transforma in 2016, since then she has brought 54 women from her community to train in our skill development programs. This has transformed not just her life but also her community.

Maritza
Volunteer Teacher
" I had a skill to share (massage therapy) and a dream to start a training center to help impoverished women and families. But I didn't have leadership and teamwork skills to do it. TRANSFORMA not only trained me for years but also welcomed me into their family and community. Now years later, I have seen hundreds of women impacted and radically transformed in their personal lives, restored, and empowered to support their families.”
